From 1973 the Italian excellence regarding valves has the name of Italvalvole. The company was founded in Biella and has been producing automatic process valves for forty years.

The valves

The production of Italvalvole is aimed at different types of customers so many as the areas of application of the valves are.
In fact, valves can be used in the textile, food, steel, chemical, packaging and oil & gas sectors.

A valve is:

A valve is a device that regulates, directs or controls the flow of a fluid (gases, liquids, fluidized solids, or slurries) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways. Valves are technically fittings, but are usually discussed as a separate category. In an open valve, fluid flows in a direction from higher pressure to lower pressure. The word is derived from the Latin valva, the moving part of a door, in turn from volvere, to turn, roll.

The production

Italvalvole has created a highly localized production process.

Highly qualified staff is assigned to the creation of the final product that is born in the technical office of the company.

The raw materials are supplied by local suppliers and the parts, even if they are produced externally, are then assembled to obtain the valve finished only in Italvalvole on special work benches, now renewed.

But only when the product is tested can be considered suitable for the market.

It is also worth mentioning that every year, Italvalvole releases a new valve or updates a still-existing one in the catalogue in order to be always at the forefront.

Certifications

We spoke about product testing, but also the certifications that Italvalvole has achieved must be mentioned.

First of all the certification AEO FULL, for which it was the first one in the Biella.
This certification allows the company to have a wider trade with the cusomers,  even beyond the national borders.

Secondly, the ISO 9001 certification, which the company owns for over twenty years.
